Design ideas for ceilings

Features of ceilings with metal plates and open sell seilings "shutters" (+9 photo)

In the interior of this office, two types of non-standard false ceilings are used at once.

In the photo below, great ideas for designing suspended ceilings in the office. But why are metal plates on the T-profile and open cell ceiling grilyato “blinds” not very often seen in ceiling solutions? Let's figure it out.
Metal plates have a number of features that limit their use in ceilings on the T-profile. Firstly, they reflect sound, unlike mineral plates, which absorb sound. And in the office I would not want to feel like in a hangar. Secondly, they reflect light, so under certain conditions glare can get into the eyes of employees and visitors of the office, causing discomfort. Thirdly, the ceilings on the T-profile are an excellent option for those who need a regular, even ceiling without designer frills. Accordingly, it is cheaper to buy mineral tiles. All these factors lead to the fact that ceilings with a metal plate are not a mass product.

However, if you want your room to differ from thousands of the same ones, then a metal tile is what will transform your office with minimal investment. In the photo below, the designer "diluted" a continuous array of mineral tiles with metal and the office literally changed. Such inserts look spectacular and attract attention.
As for the grilyato “blinds”, he has no shortcomings. Moreover, in this case, GLK grilyato is used (cassette grilyato with a supporting structure made of KRAFT Fortis T-profiles). But for some reason, 90% of designers prefer a classic square cell rather than a rectangular one. But this is a matter of taste.
I would also like to say about lighting. The interior uses separate elements made of wood, so we decided to use KRAFT K-Led 600 mm lamps with wood texture to illuminate the working area. They fit seamlessly into the design.

As a result, combining various types of suspended ceilings, it was possible to give the usual office space a modern and memorable look.
