To decorate the ceiling at the terminal station of the new metro line in Tashkent, our partners In Tech Stroy used a KRAFT 88x80 mm cubic rail.

In August 2020, the first stage of the ground circular metro line was put into operation in Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan). At the moment there are 7 new stations. The line is 11 km long. Each of the stations is decorated in its own unique style, taking into account the national flavor.

The suspended ceiling at the station is made of a KRAFT cube rail 88x80 mm in size. In the central part, above the track, the staff pitch is at least 104 mm. Above the platform, a cube-shaped rail is mounted with a pitch of 156 mm. This combination mirrors the lower part of the station, with a denser structure above the rolling stock and free space above the passengers.

Station "Dustlik-2" is located on the ground. The choice of the KRAFT slatted ceiling is due to the possibility of its application on the street. Thanks to the polymer coating of galvanized steel, the official guarantee for through-corrosion is 3 years, although in fact the life of such a suspended ceiling can be more than 10 years. Also of no small importance for public spaces is the fact that the KRAFT cube rail is made of non-combustible and environmentally friendly material.
